If bunas can do it, so can you.

Greetings! O-ha everybody!
I love that smell; that aroma that fills the house while you're baking your buns. I love kneading that big chunk of dough up with my hands. I love to see that big chunk of dough, waltzing round and round with the dough hook. Plays a romantic background music, inside joke with biofish. lol.
I'm trying to kill time off, while waiting for my croissant - it's taking a nap inside the fridge at the moment, I'm hoping it'll come out light, crusty and flaky. Baking requires a lot of patience. My respect for bakers seems to be growing at an alarming rate whenever I attempt to bake something in my kitchen. Baking a tray of mouth watering buns is very satisfying. It gives me a fuzzy warm feeling when the outcome of my buns is what I want. Think Yakitate Japan! I should go now, my croissants are sobbing ... too cold in here with just a cling-wrap-blanket.
